Boss: Why have you decided to resign? You’ve been with us for a long time.
Employee: I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and appreciate all the opportunities and experiences I’ve gained. However, I feel that it’s time to move on and explore new challenges and opportunities that align more closely with my long-term career goals. I’m seeking a different kind of growth that I believe I can find in a new environment.
Student A
Employee: Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I’ve decided to resign because I believe it’s time for me to pursue other opportunities. While I’ve had an incredible experience here and have learned a lot, I feel that my professional growth would be better served by exploring new challenges and experiences elsewhere.
